Manual Safety Conversion for a SIG Sauer P320
This is a SERVICE to convert your existing SIG P320 to manual safety (works for most Gen 1, post-upgrade, AXG, X-Ten, Wilson Combat, ZEV, etc). This service includes SIG Sauer OEM manual safety parts and grip cut, as required. We can cut factory frames.

We precision cut the manual safety pocket in ANY P320 FCU in 9mm, 40S&W, 357SIG, 10mm or 45ACP to exact SIG Sauer specifications (X-Ten Carry Comp cannot be converted due to the slide width). Each frame is tested for fit and function.
The SIG manual safety parts are exchanged for your existing non-manual safety FCU parts. Grip is cut as required.
Includes: CNC machine your FCU for the P320 Manual Safety Lever. Exchange non-safety parts with manual safety parts. Cut polymer SIG P320 grip (SIG, Wilson Combat and other grips ok, Polymer80 requires additional customer modifications, AXG or Icarus aluminum grip +$10, inserts will not be cut). Function test. Lead time can be up to 2 weeks, but is often less.
We will reply to your order confirmation with shipping instructions. We are a licensed firearms manufacturer and can receive and return firearms directly to customers' residence address only. All completed FCUs must have a serial number and must be accompanied by a copy of valid state-issued driver's license, CCW or ID card (no PO Boxes for return address). Conversion may not work with all aftermarket trigger bars such as the standard forward-set Apex trigger bar (manual safety version will work).
Shipping charges cover return shipping only, signature is required upon return. When shipping please do not include cases, manuals, slides, optics, etc. unless specifically necessary for other services.
FCU Parts, Barrel, Slide, Grip, Magazines, etc. are obviously NOT INCLUDED.
PLEASE NOTE: AB Prototype modifications to your frame are not authorized by SIG Sauer or JSD Supply. Any modifications to these frames will most likely void any existing manufacturer warranty. AB Prototype does not provide any additional warranty, neither expressed nor implied. We only guarantee fit and function of the manual safety lever on completed frames.

P320 Manual Safety
After reading about the drop tests and accidental discharge issues with the original P320, even though I had the fixed version, I still wanted to make sure I wasn't going to have any issues with a weapon that would be carried daily. I could have purchased a different pistol, however I found Alex and AB Prototype. The positive reviews convinced me, and so I sent my sig from NY to CA for retrofitting. Alex was great, and we had some initial delivery issues due to my FFL messing up the transfer address, but we got it sorted. Throughout the process, Alex was on top of it and kept me updated. The conversion was done in less than a week, and I had my P320 back. The work looks factory, and the safety feels great. It engages and disengages solidly, and gives me a little more peace of mind when I am carrying. Great work! No hesitation in recommending AB Prototype to anyone looking for similar services.

Wanted to add the manual safety to my X5 Legion. All my other handguns have them. They did a great job at installing the manual safety. Supplied the replacement parts and all. Absolutely "Zero" complaints about AB and the service.

Manuel Safety Installation Sig Sauer P320
The Manuel safety appears and functions just as if it were installed at the factory by Sig. According to Alex, the owner, he uses all new parts that he obtains from Sig Sauer. I was told the work would take 1-2 weeks and it was completed in 1 week. I am very pleased with the results and with Abprototype. Highly Recommended.
