By purchasing and utilizing our products you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AB Prototype, LLC. and any of it's subsidiaries, against any claims, fines, damage, death, etc. that may occur from using, purchasing or possessing any items purchased from AB Prototype, LLC. You agree that any claim, legal or otherwise, that may result from purchasing, possessing or using AB Prototype products shall be resolved under Tennessee law.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. Parts that have been fitted, modified and/or installed are considered used and cannot be returned. Cancelled orders are also subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover card processing fees and labor associated with preparing and refunding your order. We cover shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). Firearms, 80% frames, receivers, ammunition or any product may not be returned once modified or not in original packaging. Firearms cannot be returned once transferred. If there are issues with a firearm warranty issues are handled thru the manufacturer. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of returning your item(s), however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
