Manual Safety Cut for a SIG P320 (No longer offered for 80% P320 Frames)
This is a CNC Machining service to add a manual safety pocket to add a manual safety lever to your SIG Sauer serialized P320 frame. At this time we can only cut factory serialized frames due to changes in ATF regulations, Aug 2022. (We cannot accept 80% frames, whether serialized or not).

We precision cut the manual safety pocket in any P320 frame in 9mm, 40S&W, 357SIG or 45ACP to exact SIG Sauer specifications. Each frame is tested for fit and function.
No parts are included with this service. Safety lever shown for reference only. No additional holes are cut or drilled!
Includes: SERVICE ONLY to CNC cut your frame for the P320 Manual Safety Lever. You are not purchasing any products with this service. Please add a P320 frame or 80% frame to your order, if necessary. Lead time can be up to 2 weeks, but is often less.
You can also send us your existing P320 frame for modification. We will reply to your order confirmation with shipping instructions. All completed frames must have a serial number.
Shipping charges cover return shipping only.
FCU Parts, Barrel, Slide, Safety Lever, etc. are obviously NOT INCLUDED.
PLEASE NOTE: AB Prototype modifications to your frame are not authorized by SIG Sauer or JSD Supply. Any modifications to these frames will most likely void any existing manufacturer warranty. AB Prototype does not provide any additional warranty, neither expressed nor implied. We only guarantee fit and function of the manual safety lever on completed frames.

320 Manual Safety Cut
I purchased a P320 Manual Safety pack from Sig. I didn't realize that the FCU had to be altered. I sent my stripped FCU to A&B and got it back in a few weeks. The work was perfect. My P320 now functions just like the M17/18. I have a fair amount of experience working on firearms and have taken several factory armorer courses. I will say that I found putting an FCU back together a bit challenging. If you don't have the right tools and a bit of training / experience, you might consider sending them your entire pistol. Very satisfied on their modification of my FCU and will use them for other projects.
