Awesome tool!!!
This jig is awesome!! I've never done an 80% before, and this jig was easy. It's built to last as well, even after hammering the top to bend the taps, you can barely see the marks from my hammer, and I pounded that thing, too, lol, probably more than I needed to!! So while maybe costing a bit more than a Glock plastic one, this will last you a long time, and of the quality and build more like the 1911 jigs. I will say, if you are new, and not used to running a drill press, buy extra bits. I burnt up the #40 (Ace has them, Home Depot didn't). It's not that the bits are cheap or anything, at all, just that its easy to put a tad too much pressure on it, not have enough cutting oil, etc. All the other bits are still good to go, I just got too excited with the little one, and of course I only had 2 more holes to go!!! Eh, it happens.
